Programme: Join the Mavron Quartet for free another interactive performance as part of its ongoing family concert series at The Gate Arts Centre. At these termly workshops, families and children of all ages are invited to explore a wide range of music, join in with musical activities led by members of the quartet and experiment with musical ideas. Either sit back and enjoy the live music or jump in with the activities- or both! There is something for all to enjoy.

About Us
Formed in September 2002, the Mavron Quartet is Wales’ leading string quartet. Since 2005, the Mavron Quartet has enjoyed a residency at The Gate Arts Centre, Cardiff and in 2010 was appointed the first Ensemble in Residence at the National Concert Hall of Wales, St David’s Hall, Cardiff.
